The analysis of existing
constructions of columns of rectification and their known engineering
solutions, intended for realization a thermal- and masse-exchange between
substances were in various phase conditions, have reached the limit of
perfecting. Their further quasi-improvements result in no justified effects,
but require large expenditures. Figuratively speaking, a conventional way of
solution has reached its saturation point and provides nothing new, but huge
costs. It can be analytically described by an exponential association, when the
expenditures are sizeable at a practically zero final outcome. It is necessary
to change a mode, process engineering and design solutions.
The alternative approach to
this problem can considerably increase a final outcome. So, for example, the
alternative realization of the known task by the necessary and sufficient
engineering solutions will give the following approximate performances on the
example of deriving of spirit from raw spirit:

These performances
indirectly characterize a possible degree of clearing of raw material, what is
possible at an average height of a column of rectification about 3 m.
Certainly, such data can be realized even on known trivial engineering
solutions, but at huge dimensions of installation with a height more than 30 m.
The offered ”superplate” of a column of rectification can find application with
equal success not only in spirit industry, but also in such manufactures, as
oil refining, petrochemical, by-product coke, chemical, paint and varnish and
other.
The investments are US $5
million, price of the know-how is US $15 million, the period of repayment is 1
year, the period of realization is 1.5 year.
